This study looks at how doctors around the world use a 'treat-to-target' approach for people with Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis. Researchers will review medical records from 2,000 adults over 24 months to see if adjusting treatment based on regular check-ups leads to better outcomes. No new treatments or extra visits are involved—just observation of routine care.
