Summary

This study will follow 100 adults with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or other inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), plus their healthy relatives, for up to 3 years. Researchers will collect blood, stool, and tissue samples, along with imaging and diet information, to understand how genetics and immune cells contribute to IBD. The goal is to find new markers that can predict disease activity or response to treatment.
