Summary
This study follows 15,000 adults and children (age 2+) with Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, or indeterminate colitis for up to 5 years. Researchers will collect data on how patients respond to treatments, side effects, and disease changes in everyday medical practice. The goal is to learn which therapies work best and why, without giving any new treatments.
