Summary
This study aims to learn how the body's immune system causes inflammation in the gut of people with Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Researchers will observe up to 1,000 patients and collect blood and tissue samples to understand the disease better. The study does not test new treatments; participants receive standard medical care for their condition.
