Summary
This study tests whether adding instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) to standard therapeutic exercises can better reduce pain, improve knee range of motion, and boost daily function in people with knee osteoarthritis. Fifty adults aged 40 to 60 with knee OA will receive either IASTM plus exercises or exercises alone for six weeks.
