Summary

This study tested a drug called HZN-825 in about 300 people with diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis, a rare condition that causes skin thickening and can affect the lungs. Participants took either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo for 52 weeks. The trial was stopped early, so results are limited.
