Shorter radiation may cut arm swelling in breast cancer patients

Summary
This study tests a shorter course of radiation to the lymph nodes in breast cancer patients. The goal is to see if it reduces long-term arm swelling while still preventing cancer from coming back. About 56 women will be followed for 3 years after treatment.
