First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether hypnosis can help medical trainees (doctors in their first year of residency) manage negative thoughts and stress from work. Twenty-six participants completed the trial, which measured changes in skin responses and thinking skills before and after hypnosis. The goal was to see if hypnosis could be a simple, drug-free way to reduce stress and improve focus.
