Summary
This study tests whether hypnosis combined with self-exercises can help people with moderate to severe alcohol addiction control their drinking. About 98 outpatients will be split into two groups to compare the hypnosis approach against standard care. The main goal is to see how quickly participants reach their drinking target and how long they maintain control over 12 months.
