Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding cannabidiol (CBD) to standard naltrexone treatment can reduce alcohol cravings in people with alcohol addiction. 150 participants will receive either a high or low dose of CBD plus naltrexone, or a placebo plus naltrexone, for 14 days. The study measures changes in craving scores and tracks outcomes for up to 6 months.
