Tech and community support team up to tackle high blood pressure in latinx communities

Summary
This study tests whether combining remote blood pressure monitors with support from community health workers helps Latinx patients better manage their high blood pressure. About 300 adults with uncontrolled hypertension will take part. The goal is to see if this approach lowers blood pressure more than standard care alone.
