Sharper cancer scans aim to pinpoint radiation

NCT ID NCT06187103

Summary

This study is testing a new imaging technology called HyperSight to see if it can take clearer pictures during radiation therapy. The goal is to help doctors more accurately target cancer cells while better protecting healthy tissue. About 40 adults with head and neck, breast, lung, upper gastrointestinal, or pelvic cancers will have their standard radiation scans compared to scans from the new system.
