Summary
This study will follow 4,000 pregnant women with high blood sugar (gestational diabetes or pre-existing diabetes) to create better standards for diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up before, during, and after pregnancy. The goal is to improve health for both mothers and babies by tracking outcomes like pregnancy complications and long-term glucose levels. Participants will provide blood samples and medical records, but no new treatments are being tested.
