First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding hyperbaric oxygen therapy (breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber) to standard stem cell transplant preparation is safe and helps recovery. It includes adults up to age 75 with certain blood cancers or bone marrow disorders. The goal is to see if it improves blood cell recovery, reduces mouth/gut inflammation, and lowers infection risk.
