Summary
This study tested a 12-week remote training program called Hyperarch Fascia Training (HFT) in 62 active adults aged 20-45 with a history of ankle sprains. Participants were randomly assigned to HFT or a control group and tracked pain, stability, and jump performance using an app. The goal was to see if HFT can ease ankle pain and improve athletic performance.
