First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at whether a program called Hyperarch Fascia Training (HFT) can reduce ankle pain and improve jumping ability in active adults aged 20-45 who have had ankle sprains. 62 participants were split into two groups: one did HFT exercises remotely for 12 weeks, while the other continued their normal routine. The study measured changes in ankle stability, daily function, and jump performance using questionnaires and a phone app.
