Can pool therapy help MS patients stand stronger and feel less tired?
NCT ID NCT06121648
Summary
This small study tested whether a two-month water exercise program could help people with multiple sclerosis improve their balance and feel less fatigued. Twenty-six participants with a specific type of MS were split into two groups: one did exercises in the sea, and the other did similar exercises on land. Researchers measured changes in balance and tiredness before and after the program to see if water therapy offered any special benefits.
