Summary
This study looked at whether a water-based exercise program (hydrotherapy) could help improve balance and reduce fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. 26 adults with relapsing-remitting MS took part. The results suggest that hydrotherapy may be a helpful way to manage these common MS symptoms.
