Could hydrogen water shrink your waistline?

NCT ID NCT06968715

Summary

This study tested whether drinking hydrogen-rich water for 12 weeks could help improve body composition and blood markers in adults with metabolic syndrome. Forty participants were randomly assigned to drink either the hydrogen water or a placebo. The goal was to see if this simple intervention could help control the cluster of health risks that make up metabolic syndrome.
