Summary
This study will test whether adding amino acids or carbs to an electrolyte drink helps you stay hydrated longer than plain water. Thirty healthy adults will drink each test beverage and have their urine and blood measured over several hours. The goal is to see which drink has the best "hydration index" for everyday use.
