Can virtual therapy ease knee pain as well as in-person visits?

NCT ID NCT07630805

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether doing physical therapy from home (via video calls or a mix of home and clinic visits) works as well as going to a clinic in person for young adults with patellofemoral pain syndrome, a common cause of front knee pain. About 42 people aged 18 to 35 will be assigned to one of three therapy groups. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain and improves knee function.
