The program, based on psychodynamic nursing theory, aimed to improve how women value their bodies, reduce anxiety about their appearance, and enhance their sexual quality of life. Sixty women participated, with half receiving the special training and half getting standard information. Results showed the training helped improve body esteem and reduce social appearance anxiety compared to the control group.
