NCT ID NCT07596459
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a hybrid (online and in-person) group education program based on psychodynamic nursing theory for women who had a mastectomy. The goal was to see if it could improve how they value their bodies, reduce anxiety about their appearance, and enhance their sexual quality of life. Sixty women participated, with half receiving the program and half getting standard information. Results compared body esteem, social appearance anxiety, and sexual quality of life between the groups.
