Sleep showdown: HRT vs. CBT for menopausal insomnia

Summary

This study compares two treatments for insomnia in perimenopausal women: hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT-I). About 54 women will receive either HRT, weekly CBT sessions, or basic sleep tips for 8 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better reduces insomnia and improves sleep quality.
