First seen Jun 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests a new drug called HRS-4508 in combination with other cancer treatments (such as capecitabine, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab) for people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery or have spread. The goal is to find the best dose, check safety, and see if the combination helps shrink tumors. About 120 adults aged 18 to 75 with measurable tumors and good overall health are eligible to participate.
