Summary
This study tests the 9-valent HPV vaccine in 700 men living with HIV to see if it can prevent long-lasting oral HPV infections that can lead to cancer. Participants receive the vaccine or a placebo and are followed for up to four years. The goal is to stop HPV types linked to throat cancer before they take hold.
