Summary
This study gave a single dose of a radioactive-labeled drug (OPC-167832) to 8 healthy men to measure how much leaves the body in urine and stool. The goal was purely to understand the drug's journey, not to treat any disease. Participants stayed in a research unit for the entire study period.
