Summary

This study aims to understand how different wordings in messages affect whether patients review their electronic health records and report potential errors. Researchers will test if focusing on positive or negative consequences in messages makes people more likely to check their records and report mistakes. The study involves 3,000 participants who will complete short surveys and review their own health records online.
