First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether a special dashboard called AWARE helps ICU doctors and nurses make decisions faster and more accurately than using standard electronic health records. 113 healthcare providers participated in a randomized trial where they answered clinical questions using either the dashboard or their usual system. The study measured time, accuracy, and mental effort to see if the dashboard reduces information overload.
