Scientists probe Fat's secret role in exercise benefits

NCT ID NCT06053125

Summary

This study aims to understand how a single session of exercise changes the cells and signals in body fat (adipose tissue). Researchers are studying 56 healthy and obese adults, both young and older, to see how their fat tissue responds during and after cycling. The goal is to learn how these changes might explain the health benefits of exercise, especially for aging and obesity.
