Summary

This study looks at how tiny particles in the blood, called extracellular vesicles, affect blood flow in people with type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to understand if exercise can change these particles and improve blood vessel health. About 60 adults with or without diabetes will take part. The goal is to find new ways to prevent heart disease in diabetes.
