Summary

This study looked at whether gardening activities (horticultural therapy) can reduce loneliness and improve life satisfaction in elderly people living in nursing homes. 54 adults over age 60 took part, with some doing gardening and others not. The goal was to see if interacting with plants and nature helps seniors feel more connected and happier.
