First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looks at whether gardening activities can lower stress and improve well-being for people who care for kidney dialysis patients. 82 caregivers will be split into two groups: one group will garden once a week for 12 weeks, while the other group receives no special program. Researchers will measure stress, well-being, and care burden before and after the program to see if gardening helps.
