Summary

This study tests a device that uses focused sound waves (histotripsy) to break apart kidney tumors without making any cuts. About 67 adults with a single small kidney mass (3 cm or less) that hasn't spread will be treated. The goal is to see if the tumors are completely gone after one session and if the procedure is safe.
