Summary

This study tests a group therapy program called HOPE-LC~Español, designed to help Spanish-speaking adults in Queens, NY, cope with the emotional and cognitive challenges of Long COVID. The program teaches resilience and practical coping skills over 12 sessions. Researchers will enroll 25 participants to see if the program is feasible and helpful.
