First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a special nursing program based on Snyder Hope Theory for people aged 60 and older who recently had hip fracture surgery. The program includes counseling, goal setting, and rehab training to improve hope, reduce pain and anxiety, and help patients regain function. Around 112 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either this hope-based care or standard care, and researchers will track changes in mood, pain, and recovery over time.
