New study tests best oxygen method for breathing trouble

Summary
This study looks at two oxygen support methods for adults in the ICU with acute respiratory failure. One group gets high-flow nasal oxygen alone, while the other gets a helmet-based breathing mask plus high-flow oxygen. The goal is to see which approach works better and is easier for hospitals to use. About 200 patients will take part.
