Summary
This study tested whether doing cardiac rehabilitation at home using a mobile app works as well as traditional clinic visits. Researchers compared three approaches: clinic-only rehab, clinic plus app support, and app-only remote rehab. They measured heart health, fitness, and hospital readmissions in 206 patients recovering from heart attacks, heart failure, or heart surgery.
