Summary
This study checks if people can collect their own blood samples at home to measure levels of urolithin A, a compound found in some foods and supplements. About 250 healthy adults aged 18-80 will take Mitopure and use a special kit to provide dried blood spots. The goal is to see if the home collection method is reliable and easy to use.
