Home rehab shows promise for scleroderma lung health
NCT ID NCT05533034
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study tested whether a personalized home exercise program is practical for people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) who have early lung disease. Fifteen participants did one supervised session and then followed a 3-month home exercise plan. The main goal was to see if people would stick with the program, not to measure health improvements. The results will help design a larger study to see if this approach can improve breathing and daily activity.
