Home rehab program aims to ease breathing and boost activity in lung scarring patients

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program combined with health coaching can improve quality of life and daily physical activity in people with fibrotic interstitial lung disease. About 460 participants will be randomly assigned to either the program or usual care. The goal is to see if this approach helps manage symptoms like shortness of breath and fatigue.
