Summary
This study tests whether a personalized mix of endurance and strength exercises, done at home with video check-ins, can improve mobility and muscle strength in people with mitochondrial myopathy. Fifteen adults with confirmed genetic mutations will follow the program for up to 12 months. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and effective for daily life.
