Summary
This study tests whether a home-based digital exercise program can help children aged 10-17 with Fontan circulation (a heart condition) become more physically active and fit. Participants will wear an activity tracker for 12 months and complete fitness tests. Half will also receive a 6-month exercise program with aerobic and resistance training. The goal is to see if the program improves activity levels, oxygen use, and muscle strength.
