First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a one-year, home-based exercise program can help older adults (60+) undergoing cancer treatment improve their strength, balance, and quality of life. About 180 participants will be split into two groups: one doing guided exercises at home and the other receiving usual care. Researchers will measure walking speed, muscle strength, and ask about symptoms and daily activities to see if exercise makes a difference.
