Summary

This study is testing whether a 10-week home exercise program can improve fitness and quality of life for women who have finished treatment for endometrial cancer. Researchers will measure changes in strength, endurance, and daily activity levels in 10 participants. The goal is to see if a convenient home-based approach helps survivors regain physical function and independence.
