First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a home-based exercise program could help reduce anxiety and depression in people undergoing hemodialysis. 54 adults on dialysis were split into two groups: one did home exercises for 6 months, the other did not. Researchers measured changes in depression and anxiety scores using standard questionnaires to see if exercise made a difference.
