Can home workouts fight diabetes and brain fog?
NCT ID NCT07416799
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week, home-based strength training program guided by telehealth is practical and acceptable for older adults who have both type 2 diabetes and mild cognitive impairment. Researchers want to see if participants can stick with the program and if it might help with physical function, memory, and blood sugar control. The goal is to find a more accessible way for this group to exercise.
