Virtual workouts may boost brain power in young cancer survivors

Summary
This study tests a virtual, home-based exercise program for teens and young adults who had a brain tumor and received radiation. The goal is to see if the program helps with memory and attention problems, and how it affects gut bacteria. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to the exercise program or usual care.
