Home workouts show promise for stroke recovery in new trial

Summary

This study tests whether a structured exercise program done at home can improve walking ability and daily function in people who recently had a stroke. About 208 adults who had a stroke within the past two weeks will take part. The goal is to see if this safe, convenient approach helps them regain mobility and independence.
