NCT ID NCT06809101
First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study explores whether cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy can monitor their own blood counts at home instead of traveling to the hospital for every test. About 265 adults with cancer from Denmark, Poland, and Germany will participate, with some using home monitoring and others receiving standard care. The goal is to see if home testing reduces unnecessary visits, lowers infection risk, and improves patients' independence and quality of life.
