Summary
This study tests whether home-based telerehabilitation can help stroke survivors who did not get outpatient rehab improve arm and hand function. Two hundred participants across Alberta will use the Tenzr system, which includes fun, game-like exercises with wearable sensors guided by a remote therapist. Half will start therapy immediately, while the other half will wait 8 weeks before starting. The goal is to see if this approach is effective, easy to use, and could be offered more widely.
