Summary
This study tested a home-based online peer support program for first-time mothers in Hong Kong who had low confidence in breastfeeding. 442 mothers were randomly assigned to receive either the online support or standard care. The goal was to see if the program helped them breastfeed exclusively for longer and improved their breastfeeding confidence and mood.
