First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether a home-based video game exercise program can improve arm and hand function in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Forty adults with MS will be randomly assigned to either the exergame program or standard home exercises, both supervised remotely. The goal is to see if the game-based approach is more effective, feasible, and cost-effective than conventional therapy.
